Yesterday:
I fooled around a bit on the tree in my backyard - did a few dips here & there and practiced moving through the tree. Overall, it was pretty good. My legs are still sore from the 5K, so I didn't work on my lower half much. Did a bit of campusing through the tree.
Today:
Today I woke up, and did a bit of shopping with my father. I also did a few burpees, and worked on my balance on a mini-rail that I've built. Just now I also did a mini-"Cindy" workout - 5 rounds in 4:50. I'll use this as a base time to try to improve. Cindy = 15 sit ups, 10 pushups, 5 pullups =)
That's pretty much it.

Five months later...
I'm sorry that I haven't been updating my blog as planned. My summer passed by well, first with five weeks of rock climbing - which reinforced my pull-ups and muscle ups, and helped with general fitness. Then, I went to France with my family, and drove close to Lisses, but my parent's wouldn't allow me to go there. We had originally settled on a day at the end of the journey, but I got sick somewhere in the middle, and then my father got sick too, so it didn't work out, unfortunately.
Today's workout was decent. I did the APK warm up (more of a "Mary" warm-up - the 15 sits + 10 push ups + 5 pull ups (3 times)). Then, the APK WOD (Workout of the day) was to run 5km, and I decided to do it anyways, even though I haven't been running for the whole summer (However, I have been walking a lot in France). My time was 24:50, which I think is good for my current condition - however, I almost collapsed when I arrived home after the run. It's definitely an improvement from last time though. I really want to get my time sub-20 some time. But that may be a long term goal, since it's really not easy.
That pretty much sums it up for now. I did some laches on a tree in my back yard, with some rolls. I've been looking into my rolls lately, which I thought were decent, but now I'm reconsidering that position. I think that my rolls need quite a bit of polishing to fit the bill. On the bright side, I got to work on my lazy vaults in France, so they've improved a bit. Also, I've been constantly drilling my precisions. I'll have to look into how that affects my future training.
I'm very excited for the start of school, which is on September 2nd. Maybe I can get people interested in Parkour, so that I won't have to practice alone, as I have done for the past half a year. We'll see. However, the prospects are there - so I'll keep hoping.
